I WANT TO OPEN A RESTAURANT!!!

 

In my 45 plus years of being in the restaurant business in Dallas I cannot tell you how many people have said to me: I Want to Open My Own Restaurant. I have had quite a few of my Chefs and operators help me recently decide to share my years of business related issues involved in opening and being successful. I don’t claim to know it all but hopefully I can help prevent issues I have seen over and over. I plan to discuss everything from concept to completion. I am not a food critic.
